West – Stonegate - Queensway
Stonegate-Queensway is a large community encompassing the neighbourhoods of Humber Bay, Sunnylea, Royal York South, Kingsway Park South and South of Bloor. It is in the city’s Ward 5 in the provincial and federal riding of Etobicoke-Lakeshore.
Some of the outstanding features are:

• An overwhelming percentage of residents are couples or couples with children. Some 32 per cent of children are six to 14 years old; 23 per cent are younger than six.
• Residents overwhelmingly live in single-family detached homes. Housing is a mix of affordable homes, more-expensive housing on larger lots, new and renovated homes, condominiums and townhouses.
• The area is well-served with city parks.
• Commercial retail and restaurants populate The Queensway, Islington Avenue, as well as Bloor Street West to the north.
• Bus transit runs along Royal York Road and Islington Avenue to the Royal York and Islington subway stations.
