Roncesvalles Village is brimming with beautiful turn-of-the-century homes that are accented with whimsical architectural details.

More and more young families have moved into the Roncesvalles neighbourhood, and it’s easy to see why. Roncesvalles is a fun place to live and has some of the best restaurants in the city, as well as some very good public schools.

Real Estate
Roncesvalles real estate consists of mostly freehold semis and detached homes. Because you’re farther into the city, semis are quite common and parking is limited. There are more condo developments coming up in the area, including some very nice loft condo buildings along Sorauren Avenue and around Howard Park. Roncesvalles real estate has gained a lot of popularity over the last 10 years, and the price increase in the area shows it.
